Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Since our products are made to order, please allow additional time for production before shipment.

Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated Delivery Time Once your order has been fulfilled, standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged due to a fulfillment or production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to make it right.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
